Naked in Berliner Park - Just What Is Entrapment Anyway? · Dec 29, 10:22 AM

Let’s get this straight. A topless woman, sunbathing legally in a park, crooks her finger, calling a man over. He approaches her. They talk. He slumps into the soft grass. She rests her foot on his shoulder (!).

Then she pops the question. “Can I see your penis?”

It’s only fair. After all, he’s gazing at her breasts, dappled in sunlight.

As soon as he whips it out—bam!—a van screeches to a halt and out come the sex vigilantes, oops, I mean police.

You see, the man is being held as a pervert for doing what the woman asked of him.

This is not usually the case. Usually we call these men “pussy whipped” or “married.”

So, don’t talk to any women in Berliner Park in Columbus, Ohio. They will say they want to see your penis and they do—in jail.

This used to be classic entrapment, and was disallowed by law. Now it is normal operating procedure for police, evidently.
